All products are generally shipped out 1-2 business days except busy times when shipments will be sent out within the first week of ordering. Ride-on cars are shipped out by either Canpar, Purolator, or Day & Ross. Each toy box is shipped separately and a tracking # is sent to you when it leaves our warehouse. All custom plates and drivers license are shipped separately and will arrive before the ride on car.

For local deliveries (Ontario) you can expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days. Outside of Ontario 1-2 weeks.

At Ride On Kids, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below:

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days, but the item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. If you decide to return an item, you are responsible for purchasing a return shipping label with tracking and providing the tracking details to Ride On Kids.

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued. However, if the product is not returned in new and unused condition, a restocking fee of up to 60% may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, you must report it within 48 hours by emailing info@rideonkids.ca.

We will provide full support, including replacement parts or a full replacement, if the damage occurred during shipping. To process a claim, you must provide photos and any necessary details to help resolve the issue.

Requesting a Refund

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order before or after it has shipped, a 5% cancellation fee will apply.

Sales Tax

By law, we are required to charge a 13% sales tax on products shipped and sold in Ontario.

Shipping & Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or unclaimed address, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

At Ride On Kids, we stand by the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 6-month limited warranty on all ride-on toys.

This warranty covers:

• Rechargeable batteries against defects
• Electronic components, including control boards

If an issue falls outside this warranty, the customer is responsible for any costs associated with parts and services.

What’s Not Covered?

Our warranty applies to normal use only and does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications
• Water damage or any physical damage caused by improper use
• Wear and tear from excessive or unreasonable use

Gold Ride-On Insurance – 2 Years = $99.99
