We totally understand how rad Ride On Cars can be! Sometimes when our ride on cars start selling like hotcakes, unfortunately we can completely sell our before our next round of stock reaches our fulfilment centre. If this happens, we will put those Ride On Car models up for pre-order before they've arrived. We know what date our stock is due to arrive, so this is the date in brackets next to the product name. All orders will then be shipped out to our customers on that specified date. This allows our customers to reserve their favorite models and ensure they get their hands on the perfect ide On Car for the little munchkin. Please also keep in mind there can be some slight delays but we do always add on an additional few weeks to ensure we can still have a realistic date of arrival.
You've made an order, the sun is shining and the "car gods" have moved clouds to deliver your new Ride On Car by Ride On Kids - now what?
Once an order is placed, our ride on specialists will carefully collect your Ride On Car from the clouds and package it with absolute love and care, so please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pick and pack your order. All orders are sent when all items are ready in full - this means that if you have a pre-order item in your order, all items will wait until that latest item is available and then will be sent out at the same time. Unless you advise otherwise and are ok paying the "car gods" a shipping fee for both items.
You can expect your parcel within 2-8 business days. When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.
If the item has a specified "sent" date beside it in brackets this means the item is a pre-sale purchase and you will receive that item in 2 - 8 business days from this "sent" date.
If your order does not arrive within 8 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with the courier. We guarantee your parcel's delivery by requiring a signature on arrival. If you accept "leave in a safe place" directly with our courier we will no longer take responsibility for the package.
*Please note: that if you purchase a pre-sale item and an in-stock item in the same order, both items will be sent out at the same time once all stock is available at our warehouse for dispatch.
**Coronavirus impact: Please note couriers are experiencing significant international delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes.
OMG OMG OMG! It's time to celebrate – your ride on car is on it's way! After we pass your order to the courier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to their website so you can follow the live tracking updates! Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Your order may be on pre-order, as confirmed on the website at time of purchase. Be sure to check your original order confirmation, you won’t receive a shipping confirmation email until that pre-order date.
Think your order might be lost in transit? Although we are quoted 2-8 business days for delivery from our couriers, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may update to advise of a ‘delayed’ delivery date.
If your item still hasn’t been delivered within 8 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation.
*Please note: Once we pass your Ride On Car order to our courier, your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues need to be investigated by our courier. We are able to contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.
Oops, Ride On Car not being sent to the right address? We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this over for you.
*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!
At this current moment we are only shipping within Canada. We are working closely with the "car gods" to be able to offer our stunning line up of Kids Ride On Cars to children all over the world, so hang tight!
We are just as excited as you are to receive your new Ride On Car, and we packaged it nicely just for you! Your Ride On Car will come in a large box organized to fit properly to avoid any moving parts/ damage. There will be slight assembly needed as we package it to be able to minimize the space it takes on each courier.
Yes there is some slight assemble that is needed when your ride on car arrives. For most ride ons you will typically only need to assemble the following.
- Windshield
- Steering wheel
- Rims & tires
- Leather Seat
- Battery
*Please note: We do not leave the battery connected as this can be a major hazard when transporting. When you receive your ride on car you will need to connect the battery terminals to be able to turn it on. You will find the battery either under the seat or under the hood. All you will need to connect is the negative terminal.
We offer ride on cars of all sizes for ages 1-15 years of age. The majority of our 1 seater ride on cars will fit children ages 1-5.Most of our 2 seaters will fit a child up to 10 years of age or 2 children between 1-7.
We do offer one model that can fit older kids (10+) and adults to! The Porsche Panamera is the worlds biggest ride on car. We are one of the very few kids dealerships that offer this model and parents love it for the large interior space and large rubber tires.

Has your little munchkin been on his new ride everyday for the past several hours? Well, let's make sure we take care and prolong your new ride on car. You can find all care instructions in the manual that came with your ride on car, however standard care options are as follows.
- For initial use it is best to charge battery fully before use
- Keep battery and motors dry.
- If washing please avoid any wires or electrical
- You can use any cleaning supplies or you can use our preselected cleaning supplies here.
- For storing please disconnect the battery.
- If storing for longer than 1 month please ensure you are charging the battery for 2-3 hours once a month to prolong.
If you are storing your ride on car, the best place to store it will always be indoors. A garage, basement, or even the kids room would be more than suitable for storing your new ride on car. Storing it indoors instead of outdoors will keep any damage to a minimum as well keep it protected from various weather conditions.

Most of our ride on cars are made with polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP). Some other models also use Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) and High-density Polyethylene (HDPE). All these types of plastic are extremely durable and can withstand the daily abuse of children.
Most of our ride on cars will carry rubber polymer tires which is a blend of rubber and plastic, offering more traction without burning out the motors. We do carry some ride on cars that have plastic wheels which are extremely durable and can withstand the daily abuse from your little one.
Have a special someone who you think needs a Ride On Car in their life (or just trying to earn some major brownie points)? A ride on car by Ride On Kids is the perfect gift! You can ship a ride on car directly to that lucky munchkin by entering their address as the shipping address, and your own as the billing address. Feel free to add a large red bow and license plate to complete the experience. Plus we don’t include any value invoices inside the bag as any receipts are sent directly to your own email address. It’s that easy!

Nobody panic! If you can’t add an item to cart, it may unfortunately be a sold out item. Try your equal-first or second-favourite model, otherwise we update our website regularly so that models you have your heart set on should be available again very soon.

YES! Your ride on car will come with a wireless Bluetooth remote that pairs with your car specifically. This is great for little ones who are still learning to drive. You can maneuver them so that they stay safe and cans till have tons of fun!
The remote will offer the following features
- Forward
- Reverse
- E-brake (will shut off power to the motors)
- Left
- Right
- 3 Speeds
Please note: We do carry some models that do not have remotes due to having such a small motor. Please see the following products that do not carry a remote.

You will find a charging port either under the seat or on the dashboard that will be labeled with a lighting bolt icon.

Sorry, we know this is the boring legal mumbo-jumbo, but take a minute to have a read of our return policy. We offer free returns for 30 days from date of delivery/receiving of order.
By our policy www.rideonkids.ca offers returns within 30 days ONLY for new, unused, and in original box items. Once the buyer decides to return an item – must purchase a return shipping label with tracking info, tracking info must be provided to Ride On Kids, once the item will be returned and an inspected refund will be issued. Please note if the item is not returned in a new and unused condition restocking fee of up to 60% may apply. Damaged or not as described items must be reported within 48h only by phone 1800-365-2929 or by email: info@rideonkids.ca
Ride On Kids will provide full service including Replacement damaged parts and/or replacement items if the item was damaged during shipping time – a claim with a shipping company must be opened. The buyer agrees to provide pictures and all the information that will be needed to resolve the damage issue. (Please make sure to test your item).
We know the drill – you’ve been needing to return it, but life gets in the way. We are happy to help you return that one, and offer a 30 day return period for you to make that tough decision! Please refer to our returns policy for more information.
Sadly, we know that sometimes the ride on car chosen is just not quite the right fit for some children. You can certainly return your Ride On Car to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 30 days.
*Please note: All Ride On Cars must be returned in new, unused, and in original box to be eligible for a return.
**Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a previous, your order is no longer valid at that sale pricing.
Another model caught your eye? It happens – trust us, our garage is full of them! You can certainly return your Ride On Car to us for an exchange to a new model, provided it is returned within 30 days.

**Please note: For used and out of box items you will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 60% of the original price.
We are working hard behind the scenes to get the Ride On Cars in and out of our fulfilment centres. We strongly encourage that you send through a photo of your receipt from the post office as proof your return has been lodged. As soon as we have this information, we can action either your exchange or refund immediately! If you forget to grab this receipt, we will just need to wait until that one gets back to our warehouse before we can go ahead.
We’re sad to see you go! Should you receive a refund for your order, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed from our end. From there, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we would recommend contacting your bank or merchant (eg. Afterpay) directly.
All jokes and puns aside - your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.
We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. If you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we offer PayPal too!
Woo, it’s on sale - so you’re basically saving money (at least, that’s what we tell ourselves when something is on sale). Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’! This is offered before the payment page so you’re totally aware of how much you can save.

These things happen! Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our fulfilment partner you will need to go through our returns process. As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
